Instead of having Malwarebytes always running in the background using up system resources and interfering with the operating system functionality, just do a manual scan every few months or so. Think about going into its Settings menu and disabling any of those intrusive active scanning features. Now if you want go to the Play Store and install the free version again. when run using admin privilege, messes with proxy port and validates it for million days or sth. It's important to do that 'Clear data' button before actually uninstalling the app, if not when you reinstall the free version it may try to re-use the previous settings and configuration.
