I recently received a free download of Sketchup Pro. How do I get my authorization code for Sketchup? I purchased SketchUp Pro just over a year ago, and I believe I got my authorization code for it from when I purchased. Jul 14, Help, I received a serial number for Sketchup pro Pro version, but my serial number is different. I put in the serial number and Authorization code, now I how do I link to the new license. If the process for restoring a lost license was not detailed in the documentation, or if it is incorrect, then you will need to contact Customer Service. SketchUp Pro License is not activated, and associated license does not have a serial number.
Link to the Authorized Product with the appropriate Authorization code or serial number. Your serial number is located on the top. You will use this number when you request a Licensing Invoice to us.
Specify the serial number of the 2nd license to this product to recover this license.
